SKILLSTURE, short for “Skills of the Future”, is a microlearning livestreaming mobile platform focused on preparing youths and professionals in mastering in-demand skills of the future.
The brainchild of PEOPLElogy founder, Mr. Allen Lee, SKILLSTURE was launched on the 11th of November 2022 and is available on both mobile and web platforms. The dynamic and interactive app offers flexibility for learners to access bite-sized, interactive, and easily accessible courses.
In line with Malaysia’s MyDIGITAL initiatives, these courses are uniquely tailored to boost the digital competencies of learners, including school leavers, fresh graduates, and working professionals, to thrive in an increasingly digitalised business environment.
SKILLSTURE offers flexibility for learners to access a diverse range of courses, which includes big data, cloud computing, digital marketing, cybersecurity, as well as UI/UX design.

The app also provides a career mapping plan for learners to guide them on their ideal career pathway with the help of SKILLSTURE’s discovery assessment. Once this assessment has been completed, learners can access their entire career pathway based on the results they obtain under a framework known as “Skillstree”.
