By accessing or using our Skillsture app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before proceeding with the use of our services.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1. Our service is provided on an annual subscription basis at RM 99 per year.

2.2. The subscription fee will be charged in advance for the entire year.

2.3. By subscribing to our service, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

2.4. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Payment Processing

3.1. Payments are processed through our external party payment gateway (FIUU).

3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

3.3. All payment information is handled in accordance with FIUU’s security protocols and standards.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

4.2. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The subscription fee is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for partial use or non-use of the service.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription.
• Cancellation of service does not entitle you to a refund of any previously charged fees.

5. Cancellation

5.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5.2. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.3. No partial refunds will be provided for cancelled subscriptions.

6. User Obligations

6.1. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our service.

6.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6.3. You agree not to share your subscription with others or transfer it to another user.

7. Service Modifications

7.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

7.2. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our App.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.2. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the previous 12 months.
